Shop 'NCook Menu Software Organizer {Review & Giveaway}

I had the opportunity to review the Shop 'NCook Menu software this past week. Shop 'NCook has 3 different editions of their software Home, Menu and Pro. Each one has a few more components than the previous one. You can find a comparison chart HERE.

Shop ‘NCook Menu offers a way to keep all of your recipes together in one place! I have been looking for a way to do this. I start putting them all in one place but then get tired of re-typing all of my recipes to fit into the software or document that I am compiling them in. Shop ‘NCook has designed their software to do all the work for you! All you do is copy and paste in your recipe and it will divide it up into title, ingredients, instructions and nutritional analysis! You don’t have to re-type all those great recipes you have found on the internet. It also allows for pictures! I LOVE having pictures of my recipes.

Shop ‘NCook has a great tutorial to help you get started with your new software you can check it out HERE. It will also help you see what their software does so you can see if it would be something you would like. They also have cookbooks that you can download if you want to start with some of their recipes. They have about 10 cookbooks of recipes to download, one of them being “Fall & Halloween Recipes” I can’t wait to dive into that one!

Shop ‘NCook Menu lets you plan your menus for the week or month. It will then take your menus and turn them into shopping lists which you can edit and personalize according to what you actually need.

I found this to be a fairly easy program to work with and was delighted to find out how easy it was to put new recipes in the database. If you are looking for a way to compile your recipes so that you can turn them into menus for your family and easily printout shopping lists you should check this software out.

They also have a 45 day free trial that you can download HERE and try out to see if you like it (NO credit card required!). So you check it out and see if you like it for free.
NOW… the best news is… Shop ‘NCook is offering one of our readers a FREE Shop ‘NCook Menu software!

I follow you but number 1 never wins anything so I should have waited for a few more people to enter :). Maybe I'll have to add your button to my page and get another entry. Anyways the hardest part about meal planning is meal planning for 1. It is a lot of work and sometimes I am just lazy and want something quick and easy.

The hardest part about meal planning is finding new recipes then saving as my favorites. Then I have to find a piece of paper to start making a grocery list. Then look for the items I need off of that list. *sigh* This software sounds amazing!

The hardest thing for me, being a beginner, is finding easy enough recipes for my kids. Also, I can never get the order right. By the time something else is done, the other thing is cold already!

I have a hard time making sure I have everything I need. Usually I don't plan well enough in advance, really want to make a certain recipe, then realize I don't have everything I need.

The hardest thing for me is planning for a husband who is a picky eater!!! He only likes to eat meat and potatoes. That makes it tough!
