The Journal Buddies books are  interactive journals that are intended to help adults (parents, teachers, mentors…) build and strengthen a child’s self-esteem.  This journal is one that your child completes with the help of their "buddies" as the journal puts it.  Throughout the journal the child and their different buddies write what they like about each other.
