Delightful Strawberry Cheesecake cupcakes

Ingredients

1 box white cake mix

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 package cream cheese, softened (8-oz)

1 cup sugar

2 cups whipped topping

1 cup sliced strawberries

1. Mix together cake mix, eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour batter in paper liners and fill 3/4 full.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to completely cook. Cut top portion off and set aside. Remove small cavity in each cupcake.

3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping. Spoon fill into each hole in the cupcake and replace the top of the cake to seal.

4. Frost with extra cream and garnish with strawberries.

5. Yum. Enjoy!!
