Emerson Creek Pottery - Small Loaf Pan {Review}

Emerson Creek Pottery has beautiful handmade ceramic pottery.

Upon receiving this small unglazed ceramic loaf pan, I have to admit I was a bit nervous to bake in it! It thought it was too pretty to actually use. But I took the plunge and used it anyway to bake some cute little banana bread loafs.

The bread turned out great and after it was finished baking, the bread slid out of the loaf pan easier than it did out of any of my other traditional loaf pans! {All I had to do was grease the pan a bit before I used it...just as I would with any other pan.}

These loaf pans are dishwasher safe too which makes for easy cleanup. I was very impressed with this Emerson Creek Pottery product! Find out more at Emerson Creek Pottery.
